8. Service Area (Territory)
For the purposes of territory protection and pricing, “Service Area” means the incorporated city in which the client’s business is located plus up to a 15-mile driving radius from the client’s primary business address (measured via Google Maps), rounded to ZIP-code boundaries. In rural markets, the Service Area may extend up to 20 miles at our discretion to reflect reasonable travel distances. Where two service areas would overlap, placement is first-come, first-served based on agreement date.
